摘要: 实现高校立德树人的根本任务既需要努力发挥教师的德行示范作用,又需要不断激发大学生自主践行的内在动力;既需要协同优化高校各种载体,又需要发挥高校之间、高校与家庭、社会、政府等相关部门的多方联动作用。所以,积极构建并完善教师德行示范机制、学生自主践行机制、载体协同优化机制、家校社会政府联动机制等多维一体的实现机制,是推进高校立德树人实践创新、全面提高大学生思想道德素质、促进他们健康成长和全面发展的内在要求。

Abstract: To realize the fundamental task of virtue development in college students, we need not only to exert the exemplary role of teachers’ morality, but also to constantly stimulate the intrinsic motivation of students’ autonomous implementation; we need not only to coordinate and optimize the various carriers of colleges and universities, but also to give full play to the multi-joint role of colleges and universities, families, society, government and other relevant departments. Therefore, to actively construct and improve the multi-dimensional realization mechanism of teachers’ moral conduct demonstration mechanism, students’ independent practice mechanism, carrier coordination optimization mechanism, family-school and social-government linkage mechanism are the inherent requirement of promoting practical innovation, improving students’ ideological and moral quality in an all-round way, and promoting their healthy growth and overall development.
