The digital media have stirred up a more significant tension between the historical and modern values of literary classics, pointing to the rediscovery and re-creation of their intrinsic value structure. The solid value structure of literary classics inherently contains four invariable factors:stability, originality, authority, and commonality, and at the same time, this value solidity is also reflected in its pluralism and dynamic self-renewal.In the linkage with digital media, the form and position of literary classics have undergone a directional shift, confirming the new value of modernity through the three stages of textual symbol remodelling, communication process reconstruction and cultural context rewriting. In this process, the meaning boundary of literary classics is no longer clear, but more generalized, empty and mixed.

The reading emotion of literature in the digital age has already split the traditional emotional structure, forming an emotional response with social interaction, technological interaction and cultural interaction. The emotion obtained through this reaction has exceeded the definition of single emotion in type, and manifested itself as a superimposed composite structure;in form,it has broken through the closed static back and forth, and presented fluctuation and transfer with specific direction. In the digital reading field, the composite emotion intervenes in the text and reconstructs the text in the form of flow, which is like a“cognitive regulator”that continuously adjusts the audiences experience perception and practical action. In the overall field of literature and art, digital emotion has already transcended the role of object in the expression of works and become a cross-media carrier that connects materiality, digitality and embodiment.

The rulers of the early Song Dynasty strengthened centralization in the financial field, leading to a sharp decline in local fiscal revenue. However, the difficulties faced by local finance in the Song Dynasty were closely related to the arbitrary occupation and misappropriation of government assets by local officials.Among them, the officials in charge of administration and finance, such as Jiansi,Zhizhou and Zhixian embezzled the most and did the most harm. And those who directly dealt with money, goods and account books, such as the supervisor and Xuli, could also steal and embezzle the official assets. There were also some local officials who made profits through the use of official assets, bribing dignitaries or using inferior goods as superior ones, using their official position for commercial purposes, and embezzling the money and property of the government in disguised form.In order to safeguard the national interests and clarify the local official governance, the Song government also carried out a variety of measures to punish corruption, strengthen legislation and supervision audit, select honest officials, and strengthen official education. However, due to the overall social atmosphere of favoring literati and officials in the Song Dynasty, the illegal officials could not be punished, resulting in the problem becoming increasingly fierce in the late Song Dynasty and difficult to get effective governance. The lessons are worth pondering.

During the Tang-Song period, the militarytowns and markettowns appeared successively in Fuguo area. There were differences between the two in nature, formation mechanism, management system and the relationship with the affiliated institutions(cities). However, due to their geographical position,it has the value of comparative study.During the Tang Five Dynasties, the militarytowns were the product of the vassal system, and a large number of generals were stationed in the counties. As a result, the county officials were in charge of the civil affairs, but they only followed orders, and the relationship between the county and the town showed conflict and confrontation.Compared with other militarytowns in the county, the usurpation of the county magistrates power by Fuguo militarytowns was more direct and rapid. In the middle and early Northern Song Dynasty,in order to strengthen the centralization and control of local government, the Song court abolished a large number of military towns. The Fuguo militarytowns were among the first to be abolished because they posed a direct threat to the county officials power. However, the market of the Fuguo military-towns remained in the wave of abandoned towns and became one of the sources of the economic Fuguo markettowns in Song Dynasty. In the Song Dynasty, the economic markettowns in Fuguo area developed vigorously and were widely distributed in cities from the capital city to the county. They were mutual promotion and influence with the attached cities, became an organic part of the city, and played a role in the communication between the city and the rural economy.

The concept of justice has changed its connotation with the historical changes of social production modes, from power justice, capital justice to labor justice.More and more ordinary peoples dignity has gradually been demonstrated, especially with the rapid development of emerging technologies represented by artificial intelligence, which provides a historical opportunity for all workers to live a more dignified and beautiful life.Due to the institutinal defects of the digital capitalist society, the integration of capital and technology has generated the inflationary and dominated power to force labors to follow the capital gains and expansion without decent lives. So the labor liberation and dignity desired by the work class would be hard for them to achieve. For the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the key issue lies in how to apply artificial intelligence technology and how to leverage the leading role of intelligent labor. We must give full play to the institutional advantages of the socialist market economy, construct a digital intelligence platform for the benign interaction of social factors such as government, labor, technology, and capital, form a symbiotic and mutually beneficial coupling relationship between humans and machines, and achieve labor dignity in the process of promoting high-quality development of the digital and intelligence economy.

China is grappling with severe population aging and declining birth rates, compounded by urbanization and social involution, which have made daily care for elderly individuals with functional and cognitive impairments in both urban and rural areas a pressing challenge for families.Over the past two decades,China has made significant progress in developing social elderly care services. The Party and the government have prioritized this field, particularly emphasizing social care for the elderly with functional and cognitive impairments. This approach mobilizes collective societal resources to alleviate individual hardships and resolve care-giving burdens faced by families.Social care,as a specialized component of social elderly care services, specifically targets this vulnerable group.Currently, provinces and municipalities across China are advancing social care initiatives for this demographic, positioning them as a critical “safety-net guarantee” within the broader elderly care system. However, compared to the actual needs of these elderly individuals, such social safeguards remain in their infancy, with legal frameworks notably lagging.Establishing a rule-of-law system for social elderly care services with Chinese characteristics is the most reliable guarantee for ensuring effective social care for the elderly with functional and cognitive impairments.

Financial digitization,as a new type of financial industry spawned by the fourth industrial revolution, has become the mainstream trend of innovation and development in the financial industry.Digital innovation has not only reshaped the financial model, financial business and market structure, but also brought about many new types of financial risks, increasing the hiddenness and contagiousness of risks and making the sources of systemic risks more complex.Changes in risks triggered by the digitalization of finance have challenged established financial regulatory regimes, affected the achievement of financial regulatory objectives and rendered regulatory measures dysfunctional. To effectively regulate the risks of financial digitization,a goal-based regulatory strategy should be adopted to achieve a dynamic balance of multiple regulatory goals, build an institutionalized regulatory coordination mechanism, and enhance the penetration of financial regulation. In addition, new risk factors should be regulated accurately, the market access system should be optimized, and regulatory principles, regulatory rules and technical norms should be applied in an integrated manner to create a new regulatory system for emerging risks. At the same time,a technology-driven regulatory paradigm should be constructed to realize the intelligence and dynamization of regulation.

Relocation has brought relocated young people into a brand new urban social space, and their spiritual lives have begun to shift from rural to modern.Based on the analysis framework of “Social Space-Spiritual Life”,through field research on two large urban centralized resettlement sites,SXGZ and BYL,it was found that the social space in which relocated adolescents are located after relocation exhibits characteristics of “strong reference” and “flexible norms”.Under the influence of the new social space, relocated teenagers exhibit tired spiritual production and achieve transcendence in spiritual pursuit. The fundamental reason for the polarization of the spiritual life of relocated youth is that they have not fully integrated into the new social space emotionally. Therefore,in the follow-up support work of relocated communities governance, modern urban social spaces should be created as the emotional attachment of relocated youth, and a spiritual life community should be constructed, becoming a new home that combines modernity and rural characteristics.

Based on the strategic deployment of rural revitalization outlined at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, this study constructs a comprehensive rural revitalization index encompassing five sub-dimensions-industrial prosperity, ecological livability, cultural civilization, effective governance, and affluent living-to explore the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization. The findings reveal that digital inclusive finance exerts positive promoting effects on all sub-dimensions and the composite index of rural revitalization. Threshold model analysis demonstrates that its influence on the composite index exhibits nonlinear characteristics with diminishing marginal effects. This promoting effect is more pronounced in regions with higher capital allocation efficiency. Accordingly, the following policy recommendations are proposed: coordinate resource constraints across different stages of rural revitalization to optimize digital inclusive financial planning; enhance rural resource allocation efficiency and facilitate the flow of urban-rural factors; strengthen financial literacy education in rural areas, and deepen the integration of digital technologies with rural industries, so as to further leverage the role of digital inclusive finance in advancing rural revitalization.

Many scholars believe that Dong Zhongshu has both Yin and Yang thoughts and Five Elements thoughts, and believe that Dong Zhongshu uses the Five Elements to infer Yin and Yang and explain disasters. The complete statement of Dong Zhongshus “beginning to infer Yin and Yang” in “Hanshu:Five Elements” is “inferring Yin and Yang to explain disasters and anomalies”,which means using the theory of Yin and Yang to explain the occurrence of disasters and anomalies, rather than using Five Elements to infer Yin and Yang.According to Dong Zhongshus documents that have not been falsified,in Dong Zhongshus thoughts,Yin and Yang are the theoretical basis for his discussion of punishments and virtues, monarchs and ministers, the four seasons, and disasters;while the words “Five Elements” are mentioned accidentally due to the influence of popular concepts, and this cannot be considered that he has Five Elements thoughts.Of course,Dong Zhongshu did not combine Yin and Yang with the Five Elements.Although Dong Zhongshus writings on disasters and anomalies are mainly collected in “Hanshu:Five Elements”,Dong Zhongshus theory of explaining disasters and anomalies is not the Five Elements, but the “original providence” and the “inference of Yin and Yang”.
