Abstract: The Swiss pension system consists of three pillars.Its advanced concept of pension asset management system has played an important role in ensuring the safe operation of pensions and stabilizing economic and social development.Starting from the purpose of improving Chinas pension system construction and fund management,the Swiss pension system and its asset management experience can be used for reference,so as to better balance the responsibilities of the government,enterprises and individuals,and to achieve a fair and comprehensive system for China.It has important practical significance for China to realize a system of fairness,wide coverage and sustainable development of the pension insurance.
