建设产教融合型企业的逻辑框架

摘要: 作为特定历史场域下彰显职业教育跨界性和时代主题的新命题,产教融合型企业是多重社会资本结构和多元行动者合力塑造的产物。以“起点—价值—行动”的逻辑理路构建产教融合型企业的分析框架,是新时期亟待探究和阐明的问题。以布迪厄的社会资本理论对产教融合型企业建设的逻辑起点进行考察,政策工具和制度安排、多元经济资本介入、职业教育文化自信是诱发产教融合型企业建设的政治、经济、文化等资本要素。鉴于参与职业教育自主性嵌入、提升人力资本价值、构筑“政校行企”产教融合网络治理空间以及实现教育与产业跨界融通和利益调适的价值理性,产教融合型企业建设应实现从异域到本土、从功利到公益、从管理到共治、从失衡到精准、从空泛到具体的突破和跨越。

Abstract: As a new proposition that highlights the vocational education crossover and times theme in a specific historical field,the industry-education integrated enterprise is a product of multiple social capital and multiple actors joint efforts.It needs to be clarified to construct the analysis framework of the industry-education integrated enterprise based on the logic of “starting-value-action”. Using Bourdieus social capital theory to investigate the logical starting of constructing industry-education integrated enterprises,this paper finds that capital elements combines policy and institutional arrangements,the intervention of multiple forms of economic capital,and cultural self-confidence of vocational education.Considering the value of participating vocational education autonomously,enhancing the value of human capital,building a network governance space of “government-school-industry association and enterprise”,and achieving cross-border integration of education and industry,the construction of industry-education integrated enterprises should be implemented the breakthroughs and leaps from the alien to local,from utilitarian to public welfare,from management to co-governance,from imbalance to precision,and from vague to concrete.
