Abstract: The internet-based cloud platform for academic journals of colleges and universities has the advantages of low operating cost,easy management,good flexibility and resource saving.Due to the small individual scale,geographical dispersion and weak overall communication power of academic journals in colleges and universities,the digital resources of academic journals in colleges and universities are aggregated,and the cloud platform of academic journals in colleges and universities is established according to the academic degree awarding and talent cultivation subject catalog of the Ministry of Education,so as to realize dynamic management,share information resources and promote the overall high-quality development of journals.In order to further accelerate the construction of cloud platform,cloud platform mechanism innovation should be carried out from constructing the journal academic community,ensuring development orientation,establishing business model,strengthening the risk supervision and focus on incentive management,so as to provide more cloud services.
