Study on the Influencing Factors of Primary and Middle School Students Continuous Use Intention in National Smart Education Platform:Based on a Survey of 10 674 Students in 7 Provinces in Eastern,Central and Western China

摘要: 随着教育数字化转型战略的深入推进,国家中小学智慧教育平台作为推动教育公平和提升教育质量的关键工具,其学生用户群体的持续使用意愿成为研究的热点。通过采用结构方程模型(SEM)和模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对我国东中西部7省11个县(市、区)的中小学生群体调查数据进行分析,探究国平台持续使用意愿的影响因素。研究结果显示,不同学生群体对国平台的满意度和持续使用意愿存在显著性差异;学生的满意度、感知有用性、感知易用性是影响持续使用国平台意愿的关键因素;降低学生的技术焦虑能够有效提升对于平台使用的效能感和意愿。最后,从关注学生需求差异,增强国平台服务效能;优化平台用户体验,夯实国平台应用基础;加大技术支持力度,发挥国平台教育优势等维度提出推动学生群体持续使用国家中小学智慧教育平台意愿的对策建议。

Abstract: With the deepening of the digital transformation strategy of education,the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools,as a key tool to promote educational equity and improve the quality of education,among which the continuous use willingness of primary school users has become a research hotspot.In this study,structural equation model(SEM)and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)were used to analyze the survey data of primary and middle school students in 11 cities of 7 provinces in eastern,central and western China to explore the influencing factors of the continuous use intention of national platform.The research results show that there are significant differences in satisfaction and willingness to continue using the national platform among different student groups;student satisfaction,perceived usefulness,and perceived ease of use are key factors affecting their willingness to continue using the national platform;reducing students technology anxiety can effectively enhance their sense of efficacy and willingness to use the platform.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the continuous use of the national smart education platform for primary and secondary schools,by focusing on the differences in students meeds and enhancing the service efficiency of the national platform,optimizing platform user experience and solidifying the foundation of national platform applications,and increasing technical support and leveraging the advantages of national platform education.
