摘要: 道德教育是卢梭自然主义教育思想的重要组成部分。卢梭在论说其道德教育思想时塑造了作为榜样、伙伴、引导者和研究者的教师角色。这种立体性的教师角色对教师的学识、修养、态度、能力等多方面提出了很高的要求。教师需遵循儿童自然发展的规律,以自己的生命体验和饱满的热情引导儿童善良的天性发展成为优良的道德品质。

Abstract: Moral education is an important part in Rousseau’s naturalistic educational thought. Rousseau built roles of teacher as example, companion, guider and researcher when he discussed his moral educational thought. It asks for high quality of teachers in knowledge, culture, attitude, ability to form the stereo role. Teachers should lead good nature of children to develop good moral quality with their life experience and sheer enthusiasm according to the law of development.
