Abstract: By straightening out the status quo of ecological environment protection integration in the region of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, this paper has analysed the reasons of the unconspicuous effects in ecological environment protection integration. We consider that improving the ecological environment protection integration in Beijing Tianjin Hebei should do from two following aspects. On the one hand, make a “top to down” propulsive mechanism, and safeguard the strategic planning, target tasks and future policies to implement smoothly. On the other hand, develop a “down to up” participant mechanism to ensure all the citizen can take an active part in ecological environment protection integration. Only by combining with these two ways to solve the problem of unconspicuous effects in ecological environment protection integration, can we enhance the effects and improve the quality of ecological environment in the region of Beijing Tianjin Hebei.
