摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据以往学者的研究成果,在理论支撑和总结相关文献的基础上提出了大学生学业成就、创业能力、创业自我效能感和创业氛围四者之间的内在联系以及相互作用机制的相关假设,通过对问卷调查收集来的数据进行实证分析,得出最终结论。实验结果表明:学业成就对创业能力产生积极影响;创业自我效能感在学业成就和创业能力关系中起到中介作用;创业氛围在学业成就和创业能力的关系中的调解作用暂不成立。从创业者学业成就、自我效能感和创业氛围角度进行深入研究,为有效提高大学生创业能力拓宽了理论视角。

Abstract: According to previous research results, the assumptions are proposed as the intrinsic link between college students’academic achievement, entrepreneurship competence, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial atmosphere of the four and the interaction mechanism: on the empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey to collect data the final conclusion was drawn. The results confirmed that academic achievement has a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence; self-efficacy plays a mediator role between academic achievement and entrepreneurial competence; however, entrepreneurial atmosphere iis not a significant moderator. From the perspective of entrepreneurs' academic achievement, self efficacy and entrepreneurial atmosphere, this paper broadens the theoretical perspective for effectively improving the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
