“学习管理师”型师范人才培养体系建构

摘要: “互联网+”时代基础教育对教师素养提出了新要求,如何培养适应未来需求的教师是高等师范院校教师教育改革亟须面对的课题。“学习管理师”富有“一专多能”的特质,承担着“三双育人”的职责,是具备学校教育、家庭教育和社会教育“三教合一”功能的新型职业。“学习管理师”型师范人才培养有利于实现基础教育的减负增效和环境重构,地方高师院校应立足于服务地方基础教育结构调整,坚持需求导向,积极进行“学习管理师”型师范人才培养的实践探索。河北民族师范学院采取产教融合、校企合作的形式,进行“学习管理师”型师范人才培养的创新实践探索,从“理念体系、内容体系、工具体系”三方面建构了“学习管理师”型师范人才培养体系。在取得阶段性实践成果的基础上,河北民族师范学院将继续从申请“学习管理师”证书认证、将“学习管理师”培养纳入国培省培体系、建立“学习管理师”校级及国家级标准等方面深入探索,以期为地方高等师范院校由传统师范教育向现代教师教育转型发展提供启示借鉴。

Abstract: In the era of “Internet Plus”,the basic education puts forward new requirements on teachers’ quality.So how to train future teachers to meet the requirements of the basic education is an urgent task that normal universities have to confront in the reform of teacher education.“Learning management teacher” is a new occupation with the characteristics of “one expert and multiple talents”.“Learning management teacher” assumes the responsibility of “three-double education” and has the functions of school education,family education and social education.The training of “learning management teacher” is conducive to the realization of the basic education to reduce the burden and increase the efficiency,at the same time to reconstruct the environment of the basic education.Our local normal universities should base themselves on serving the structural adjustment needs of local basic education, stick to the demand orientation,In addition,local normal universities should and actively carry on the practice exploration of the training of “learning management teacher”.Hebei Normal University for Nationalities has implemented an innovative practice on the training of “learning management teacher” by promoting integration between industry and education,and cooperation between enterprises and colleges.On the basis of this training practice,Hebei Normal University for Nationalities constructed “learning management teacher” training system from three aspects,including the concept system,the content system and the tool system.On the basis of the phased practical achievements,Hebei Normal University for Nationalities will continue to explore from the aspects of applying for the certificate of “learning management teacher”,bringing the training of “learning management teacher” into the national and provincial training system,and establishing the university-level and national-level standards for “learning management teacher”,hoping to provide reference for other local normal universities in their transformation from traditional teacher education practice to modern teacher education practice.
