双元创新中介作用下人力资本对企业绩效的影响

摘要: 基于资源基础观,采用广义最小二乘法,以2013—2019年高新技术上市公司为样本,探究人力资本、双元创新与企业绩效之间的关系。研究发现,人力资本与企业绩效正相关;人力资本对探索式创新和开发式创新均具有正向影响,但对前者的促进作用更强;在人力资本与企业绩效关系中,探索式创新和开发式创新均存在部分中介作用。拓展研究发现,探索式创新和开发式创新对企业绩效均具有积极的促进作用,并且由于二者之间存在互补效应,使得双元创新也显著地正向影响企业绩效。另外,双元创新在人力资本与企业绩效之间也存在部分中介作用。

Abstract: Based on the resource-based view,this paper uses generalized least squares method,taking high-tech listed companies from 2013 to 2019 as a research sample to explore the relationship between human capital,ambidexterity innovation and firm performance.The study found that human capital is positively correlated with firm performance;human capital has positive effects on exploratory and exploitative innovation,but has a stronger promoting effect on the latter;in the relationship between human capital and firm performance,there is a partial intermediary role between exploratory and exploitative innovation.Expansion studies have found that due to the complementary effects of exploratory and exploitative innovation,ambidexterity innovation also significantly affects firm performance,and ambidexterity innovation also has a partial intermediary role between human capital and firm performance.
