生态位视域下国家战略科技力量创新型人才培养机制研究

Research on the Training Mechanism of Innovative Talents of National Strategic Scientific and Technological Strength from the Perspective of Ecological Niche

摘要: 国家战略科技力量是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。基于生态位理论中的重叠理论、协同理论和扩充理论,深入解析国家战略科技力量在创新型人才培养中的生态位后发现,国家战略科技力量中不同培养主体具有各自的特点和优势。鉴于此,国家战略科技力量应积极构建各核心主体间的适度错位机制、协同机制和扩充机制,并通过突出各培养主体的优势、加强培养主体间的协同合作以及全方位吸纳培养资源等措施来提升创新型人才培养质量。

Abstract: The national strategic scientific and technological strength is an important component of the national innovation system.Based on the overlap theory,synergy theory and expansion theory in the niche theory,this paper analyzes the ecological niche of national strategic scientific and technological strength in the cultivation of innovative talents.It is found that different subjects in national strategic scientific and technological strength have their own characteristics and advantages.In view of this,the national strategic scientific and technological strength should actively build the appropriate dislocation mechanism,collaborative mechanism and expansion mechanism among the core subjects,and improve the quality of innovative talent training by highlighting the advantages of each training subject,strengthening the collaborative cooperation between the training subjects and absorbing training resources in an all-round way.
