Abstract: In the process of socialist core values’ micro propagation, many disorderly phenomena will appearing, such as fragmental information with tunnel vision, perplexed information bringing truth gradually, sentimental information bringing emotional disorder of public opinion. In practice, we should cognize and grasp the basic rule of micro propagation, integrate micro issues by agenda setting to widen the public view, occupy micro position by opinion leaders to lead social value direction, innovate the gatekeepers’ responsibility to activate micro thinking. Through the above methods, micro propagation of socialist core values will be effective controlled.
