Abstract: The cultural cultivation and spatial planning of Xiong’an new district, should not only rely on the existing cultural resources, but go beyond the existing resource utilization pattern to release the existing path; with international view and world view of cultural innovation thinking, focus on the integration of culture and science and technology and high-end economic form, fit the new high-tech lead in industry cluster, high-end positioning, the implementation of science and technology pilot leading the cultural innovation of thinking path, use new information civilization to lift the construction of urban cultural space, and employ new forms of culture and cultural industry new forms to shape urban cultural scene and culture grade. The cultural space construction of Xiong’an new district should form effective docking with the capital culture, and co-construct and share the effective resource integration of capital cycle and the shape of city high-end diversified cultural taste.
