Abstract: The form of civilization is the mark of the degree of development and maturity of civilization.The new form of human civilization,on the basis of inheriting the rational principles of the traditional socialist form of civilization,has made some inheritances,breakthroughs and innovations in accordance with the development requirements of the times,and has opened up a new road and provided a new pattern for the development of human civilization.The new path of Chinese-style modernization breeds and gives birth to a new form of human civilization:the new path of Chinese-style modernization opens up a new form of human civilization and reflects a new ethic of human civilization.The light of this new form of human civilization illuminates the common values of mankind.The new form of human civilization is the development and perfection of the thought of community of free individuals:the new form of human civilization is the interpretation and development of Marxs concept of “modern civilization”,the inheritance and innovation of Marxs thought of “community of free individuals”,and the construction of a community of human destiny to solve the major problem of global governance failure.The contribution of the new form of human civilization to human progress is that socialism with Chinese characteristics is the social support for the new form of human civilization,the permanent path of peaceful development is the world orientation of the new form of human civilization,and the new form of human civilization leads the world to steady development with an open and inclusive mind.
