Abstract: Combing the development process of the government information resources management model,and describes the connotation and characteristics of the government information resources management model.The article puts forward the operating strategy of government information resources management model from five aspects of formulating relevant laws and regulations of commercial development of government information,setting up specialized information asset management institution,implementing of data open and activating data assets,encouraging multi body participation in the information asset development,and establishing performance evaluation systems of government information resources management model.
