Abstract: In 2020,China won the fight against poverty and entered the era of post-poverty alleviation.In the post-poverty alleviation era,how to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and prevent people back into poverty again is of great significance for achieving high-quality poverty alleviation,promoting rural revitalization and promoting regional economic development.Based on this,this paper puts forward a two-step development dynamic model of “economic resources collection-economy activation” to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,discusses its mechanism,and puts forward the feasible path to implement the model.
