摘要/Abstract

摘要： “一带一路”是中国首倡和主导的一项重要国际合作倡议，倡议实施的预期成果也应丰富多样，其中沿线国家间国际技术合作的深化理应作为成果的重要内涵。在分析国际技术合作内涵和功能的基础上，通过总结中国在“一带一路”沿线国家以及全球范围内科技创新的地位与发展潜力，指出“一带一路”倡议为中国深化国际技术合作提供了良好契机。然后提炼了“一带一路”国际技术合作的主要特征，以及中国深化国际技术合作的具体对策。

Abstract: “One Belt and One Road” is an important initiative for international cooperation which was first put forward and dominated by China, the expected results should also be diverse, and the deepening of international technical cooperation between the countries along the results should be regarded as an important connotation. Based on the analysis of the connotation and function of international technical cooperation, through summing up Chinese in “One Belt and One Road” along national and global technological innovation status and development potential, the paper points out that “One Belt and One Road” provides a good opportunity for deepening China international technical cooperation, then refines the main features of international technical cooperation of “One Belt and One Road”, and the specific measures China take to deepen international technical cooperation.
