Abstract: As the Chinese economy shifting from high-speed growth to a high-quality development stage, building a modern economic system that effectively meets people’s needs for a better life has become a strategic goal of China’s economic development in the coming period. At present and for a period to come, the basic way to achieve this strategic goal is to firmly grasp the main clues of supply-side structural reforms and firmly hold onto the development of the real economy, by the effort to win the battle of the supply-side structural reforms to promote the construction of a modern economic system.
