Abstract: Cultural and creative industry is recognized as a sunrise industry in the world, which is an important supporting industry for the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. This paper analyzed the realistic obstacles in mechanism, industrial gradient and industrial cluster in the process of cultural and creative industries coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, from the “core-periphery” spatial distribution, and put forward pertinently that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional innovation system with innovation cluster as the main body, innovation environment as the institutional guarantee and innovation resources as the core resources,is an effective way to break through the barrier and realize the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cultural and creative industries.
