摘要: 20世纪初,日本的家政教育理念在中国迅速传播,最具代表性的当属下田歌子“贤妻良母”主义的家政教育理念。哥伦比亚大学的现代家政教育理念传入中国是在民国元年,此时社会思想较为开放,为哥伦比亚大学现代家政教育理念提供了生长的土壤,其间日美两种家政思想互为碰撞。1922年《壬戌学制》确立,下田歌子的家政教育理念逐渐走向衰败,哥伦比亚大学家政教育理念在中国进入一个新的发展阶段。

Abstract: In the beginning of the 20th century, Japanese educational concept of home economics spreads rapidly across China, with the ideal womanhood proposed by Utako Shimoda on the top list. The educational concept of home economics proposed by Columbia University comes into China at the beginning of the Republic of China; at this time, the idea is open, and it provides the soil for the growth of modern home economics education of Columbia University. The two concepts confront till the establishment of the Chinese curriculum in 1922. Then, Japanese concept declines, while the Columbia concept develops to a new stage.
