Abstract: Ecological co construction and sharing is the key in the process of regional integration, and is particularly important for the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. Based on the full analysis of current situation and problems of Beijing Tianjin Hebei ecological co construction and sharing, this paper measure the specific amount of eco compensation that Beijing and Tianjin should pay Hebei in river basin and the atmosphere, using cost analysis, ecological services value method based on ecological footprint and bearing capacity of energy. The results show that the Beijing Tianjin Hebei eco compensation standard and pattern under the government leading need to be improved. In the end, the paper offers the countermeasures of Beijing Tianjin Hebei ecological co construction and sharing from those aspects: establishing rational compensation standard and setting up the bottom line thinking, introducing emission rights trading, establishing regional pollution prevention and ecological protection linkage mechanism,and guiding the public participation.
