Abstract: The ideological work is an extremely important task of the Communist Party of China（CPC）, which is an important force for social development. The CPC has accumulated abundant of experiences of ideological work on how to firmly grasp the leadership, management rights, the right to speak. One of the important experiences is to establish the correct way of thinking, which is to establish the dominant thinking, open minded thinking, innovative thinking, the bottom line thinking and legal thinking for the consolidation of dominant position of socialist ideology. Because guiding our ideological work by the scientific way of thinking reflects dealing with issues of ideological work with highly sophisticated way is an important "magic instrument” to consolidate the socialist ideology status.
