Abstract: The construction and realization of urban community governance community in the new era is related to the implementation of the policies and principles of the Party and the country,the vital interests of the masses,the harmony and stability of the urban and rural grassroots,and the modernization of the urban community governance system and governance capacity.In the context of economic and social transformation,urban community governance has the characteristics of systematization,humanization and modernization,and presents a diversified value orientation.This paper analyzes the construction system of urban community governance community from three aspects:the main structure,the main relationship and the structural characteristics,which not only clarifies the construction logic of urban community governance community,but also clarifies the realization path of urban governance community from the following aspects:enriching public participation channels,strengthening community governance awareness,improving security mechanism,increasing investment in community governance materials,and building a platform for discussion and consultation.
