乡村情境中的劳动教育困境及其纾解——基于情境学习理论的分析

摘要: 乡村劳动教育是在乡村教育情境中,以学生身体为主体、以劳动为途径、以促进学生身体与心智协调发展为目的的具身性教育活动,直接影响到学生成长与发展的质量。然而,乡村劳动教育除了面临观念、理论等认知层面的共性问题,还面临因环境建设、内容选择以及方法使用等实践层面的个性问题,最为严重的则是改变劳动教育性质与方向的“有劳无教”问题。情境学习理论以学生亲历劳动教育情境、推动学生充分与劳动教育情境互动、充分利用情境中有价值的信息、服务学生的经验生长等主张,对于纾解乡村劳动教育认识与实践问题具有指导意义。乡村学校可以利用受应试教育束缚程度低、竞争程度弱,学生拥有更多接触自然与展示身体行动的机会,营造适合学生情境学习需要的劳动教育情境以增强学生劳动的具身体验,以大教育观激发学生参与劳动教育能动性,服务学生身体与心智协同发展,在纾解劳动教育困境、提高劳动教育质量的同时改善乡村教育生态。

Abstract: Rural labor education is a tangible educational activity in the context of rural education,with students as the main body,labor as the means,and the goal of promoting the coordinated development of students bodies and minds.However,rural labor education not only faces common cognitive issues such as concepts and theories,but also individual issues in practical aspects such as environmental construction,content selection,and method use.The most serious issue is the “labor without education” problem that changes the nature and direction of labor education.The theory of situational learning advocates that students experience labor education situations firsthand,in order to promote students to fully interact with labor education situations,fully utilize valuable information in situations,and serve students experiential growth.It has guiding significance for alleviating the understanding and practical problems of rural labor education.Rural schools can take advantage of the low level of constraints and weak competition in exam oriented education,allowing students to have more opportunities to interact with nature and demonstrate physical actions.They can create labor education scenarios that are suitable for students situational learning needs to enhance their personal experience of labor,stimulate students participation in labor education with a macro education perspective,serve the coordinated development of students physical and mental health,alleviate the difficulties of labor education,and improve the quality of labor education while also improve the ecology of rural education.
