职业教育培育乡村工匠:历史演进、意蕴与规定性

摘要: 职业教育自产生以来,就与乡村工匠培育有着紧密联系。在农耕文明时代的乡村社会,传统学徒制一直承担着乡村工匠培育的责任。在工业社会时代,受现代性影响,现代职业教育培育乡村工匠一度遭悬置。在中华文化复兴、手工艺振兴、乡村振兴、中国式职业教育现代化背景下,乡村工匠培育被提上现代职业教育重要议事日程。乡村工匠所承载手工艺知识的特殊性以及文化属性,使得现代职业教育在乡村工匠供给与手工艺文化传承、手工艺技术积累与创新、手工艺产业培育与转型升级、手工艺教育价值提升与职业教育特色发展等方面具有独特意蕴。乡村工匠培育也不同于现代职业人标准化与规模化培育模式,在专业载体、课程开发、场域构建、共同体建设等具有自身特殊的规定性。

Abstract: Since its inception,vocational education has been closely linked to the cultivation of rural craftsmen.In the era of Chinas agrarian civilization of rural society,traditional apprenticeship has always assumed the responsibility for cultivating rural craftsmen.In the era of industrial society,the cultivation of rural craftsmen by modern vocational education was once suspended due to the influence of modernity.Under the background of Chinese cultural revival,craftsmanship revitalization,rural revitalization and modernization of Chinese vocational education,the cultivation of rural craftsmen has been mentioned as an important agenda of modern vocational education.The particularity and cultural attributes of craftsmanship knowledge carried by rural craftsmen make modern vocational education unigue in terms of inheriting traditional and craftsmanship culture,accumulating and innovating craftsmanship skills,cultivating and transforming craftsmanship industries,enhancing the value of craftsmanship education,and developing vocational education with distinctive characteristics.The cultivation of rural craftsmen is also different from the standardized and large-scale cultivation mode of modern professionals,and has its own special prescriptive nature in professional carriers,curriculum development,field construction and community building.
