Abstract: Finance is the core of modern economy, “One Belt and One Road” initiative has broad prospects for the economy, and the implementation and promotion of “The Belt and Road” will bring great opportunities for the development of financial industry, but also put forward higher requirements. This article will start from the opportunities construction of “One Belt and One Road”which will bring to transnational financial market, expounding the challenges transnational financial faces, analyzing countermeasures to cope with transnational financial services in the construction of “One Belt and One Road”, and putting forward countermeasures dealing with the challenges transnational finance faces from the financial market, financial institutions, financial services, financial talents, then putting forward countermeasures to enhance the level of transnational financial services, to fully guarantee the solid progress of “One Belt and One Road”.
