Abstract: Implementing the rural revitalization strategy,continuously promoting the balanced development of urban and rural economy and society,and ultimately achieving common prosperity are the focus of Chinas current social development.Based on the interrelationship between rural revitalization and common prosperity,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of implementing the rural revitalization strategy to promote the construction of common prosperity.It is believed that rural revitalization is an inherent and necessary requirement of common prosperity,and common prosperity is the value guidance and long-term goal of rural revitalization.Through literature research and survey methods,it is found that there is a significant urban-rural gap in the current development process of rural areas,including industrial foundation,living environment,cultural construction,basic public service supply,and grassroots governance methods.The government faces challenges in implementing the rural revitalization strategy to promote common prosperity.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in the fields of adhering to the leadership of Party building,promoting industrial development,improving grassroots governance level,achieving effective supply of rural public services,strengthening rural spiritual civilization and cultural construction,and building a livable environment,in order to improve the income level of farmers,promote economic and social development in rural areas,bridge the urban-rural gap,and achieve the goal of common prosperity.
