Abstract: As the main part and central hub of agricultural products circulation system,agricultural products wholesale market undertakes 70% of the national agricultural products distribution task in China;it also has the public welfare functions such as food safety supervision,supply security and stabilizing prices.This paper firstly discusses the necessity of the public welfare construction of agricultural products wholesale market.On the basis of it,this paper analyzes the problems of the construction and finally finds effective ways to realize the public welfare function of agricultural products wholesale market.This is of great significance to further improve the system of agricultural products wholesale market,promote farmers' income,and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural economic and social development.
