The Empirical Research on the Impact of Academic Achievement of College Students on Entrepreneurial Competence

Abstract: According to previous research results, the assumptions are proposed as the intrinsic link between college students’academic achievement, entrepreneurship competence, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial atmosphere of the four and the interaction mechanism: on the empirical analysis of the questionnaire survey to collect data the final conclusion was drawn. The results confirmed that academic achievement has a positive effect on entrepreneurial competence; self-efficacy plays a mediator role between academic achievement and entrepreneurial competence; however, entrepreneurial atmosphere iis not a significant moderator. From the perspective of entrepreneurs' academic achievement, self efficacy and entrepreneurial atmosphere, this paper broadens the theoretical perspective for effectively improving the entrepreneurial ability of college students.
