Abstract: Whether the historical tradition of English unwritten constitution will continue inspires Bogdano’s deep thought. Because the interpretations of many classics of previous scholars decrease, while the framework of new written constitution still does not establish, it is in a transitional era. With the inheritance of coherent sense of crisis, The new English constitution provides us with a new approach of constitutional transformation with systematic reflections. This theoretical exploration of English constitutional practices, not only contributes to activate the vitality of British democratic politics, but also provides helpful references in theory and practice.
