Abstract: Community of Common Destiny for Cyberspace is China’s scheme for global cyberspace cooperation and administration, making China’s voice of promoting global internet culture prosperity and security be heard. Based on the theory of Internet Sovereignty, Community of Common Destiny for Cyberspace is aimed at mutual development, technological breakthrough and criterion formulation. At the same time, it is China’s response to the new era and new technology. What Community of Common Destiny for Cyberspace pursues is the implement of world cooperation with equivalence, mutual trust, openness and win-win.
