Abstract: The “Science and Technology Innovation Park Chain” is a cross-regional and cross-park labor division and cooperation system combining government, industry and research, formed by multiple science and technology innovation parks. These parks select regional layout based on factor endowment and regional comparative advantage, in order to promote rational allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources, industrial upgrading and upgrading of campus functions. “Park Chain” and “Industry Chain” are closely related, but there are also differences. In reality, there are many important factors affecting the development of science and technology innovation park chain, such as geographical location conditions, regulatory and policy environment, industrial development, social and cultural environment, level of cooperation among government, industry and research and construction of the park. Strengthening the research on the concept and influencing factors of the park chain is conducive to providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of science and technology innovation parks and park chains.
