Abstract: Based on the resource-based view,this paper uses generalized least squares method,taking high-tech listed companies from 2013 to 2019 as a research sample to explore the relationship between human capital,ambidexterity innovation and firm performance.The study found that human capital is positively correlated with firm performance;human capital has positive effects on exploratory and exploitative innovation,but has a stronger promoting effect on the latter;in the relationship between human capital and firm performance,there is a partial intermediary role between exploratory and exploitative innovation.Expansion studies have found that due to the complementary effects of exploratory and exploitative innovation,ambidexterity innovation also significantly affects firm performance,and ambidexterity innovation also has a partial intermediary role between human capital and firm performance.
