Based on the analysis of relevant historical materials,this paper studies the deeds of Zhao Hongyin(the father of Taizu of Song Dynasty)in the three years after Zhou Xiande,as well as the time,place and cause of his death.It also corrects the errors in relevant historical records such as The History of Song Dynasty ·Taizuoji and The History of the Eastern Capital ·Taizu Benji,and analyzes the political background of the early Song Dynasty which caused such omissions and mistakes.

On the third day of the first lunar month in Jingkangs first year,Overlord Huizong,who just abdicated his throne to his son Emperor Qingzong only ten days ago,hurried away from Kaifeng and fled all the way to Zhenjiang after he learned that Jins Army was about to cross the Yellow River.This event is called The Overlords Eastern Tour in history.During his tour,Huizong broke his promise of “not caring about anything except religious matters”,which was made when he abdicated his throne,and he interfered political affairs a lot which led to the two right centers,Kaifeng and Zhenjiang in Song Dynasty.After the withdrawal of the Jin army who had attacked Kaifeng for the first time,Emperor Qinzong of Song Dynasty sent people to greet Huizong.It was not until the 6th of April that Emperor Huizong reluctantly returned to Kaifeng.It was extremely an important political event during Huizongs Eastern Tour to Zhenjiang,which affected the political situation in the late Northern Song Dynasty.But Emperor Huizong in The History of Song Dynasty,which was complied by the people in Yuan Dynasty,was just mentioned for only once.The Song History had a poor evaluation of Huizong,and it obscured the history of Eastern Tour,because The Song History originated from the national history of the Southern Song Dynasty.And the Southern Song Dynasty history obscured the real history deliberately under the intervention of Emperor Gaozong.However,a large number of relevant records on Song Dynasty were preserved in the notes on unofficial history about Huizong,which provided the evidence for us to outline the fog created by official commands on Overlord Huizongs Eastern Tour.

From the perspective of the integration of left-wing and modernism,this paper combs the origin of creation and ideology and literary history of Liu Daren,an overseas left-wing writer,and considers the far-reaching influence of modernist literary thoughts and overseas students Baodiao Movement on his literary life.Liu Darens novel Floating Community,which describes the spiritual situation of Taiwans young intellectuals in the 1960s,contains the characteristics of a Bildungsroman of Song of Youth.The excavation of the undercurrent of left-wing thoughts in the 1950s-1960s has the historical significance of the eras fable.In addition,the parallel reading of the short story Qie Lin Shi Guo and Lu Xuns In the Restaurant reveals the similarities and differences between the two in dealing with the problem of revolutionary memory,as well as Liu Darens inheritance and development of the “Lu Xun Left-wing” tradition.

Under the guidance of the new development concept,Chinas economy is stepping into a stage of high-quality development.Speeding up the improvement of the system and policy environment is the fundamental requirement for the realization of high-quality economic development.In recent years,China has implemented a series of environmental regulation policies.Under the Chinese style fiscal decentralization system,will the vicious competition of “environmental competition” among local governments be reversed due to the constraints of environmental regulations? The compound effect of environmental regulation policy and fiscal decentralization system on high-quality economic development is worth exploring.This paper uses global Malmquist-Luenberger(GML)index estimates the green total factor productivity of 283 cities at prefecture level and above in China from 2004 to 2016 to measure the high-quality economic development.It also establishes a non-linear adjustment model of fiscal decentralization,environmental regulation and high-quality economic development,and systematically investigates the relationship between fiscal decentralization,environmental regulation and high-quality economic development in China.The results show that:Chinas current fiscal decentralization system has a negative impact on high-quality economic development,and there is vicious competition among local governments;environmental regulation has a “U-shaped” regulatory effect on fiscal decentralization and high-quality economic development,and the effect presents threshold characteristics.

Based on the resource-based view,this paper uses generalized least squares method,taking high-tech listed companies from 2013 to 2019 as a research sample to explore the relationship between human capital,ambidexterity innovation and firm performance.The study found that human capital is positively correlated with firm performance;human capital has positive effects on exploratory and exploitative innovation,but has a stronger promoting effect on the latter;in the relationship between human capital and firm performance,there is a partial intermediary role between exploratory and exploitative innovation.Expansion studies have found that due to the complementary effects of exploratory and exploitative innovation,ambidexterity innovation also significantly affects firm performance,and ambidexterity innovation also has a partial intermediary role between human capital and firm performance.

According to the demographic transition theory,negative population growth in post-demographic transition period is a special population reproduction pattern under the effect of ultra-low fertility.It refers to the phenomenon of rapid change that the number of deaths exceeds the number of births without migration,and the total population and growth rate,age structure and distribution structure.The forecast data in 2020 of the University of Washington outlines the basic trend of the global negative population growth in this century for the first time.Compared these data with the UN forecast in 2019,this paper finds that the mechanism of the global negative population growth in this century lies in the expectation about low fertility rate.Looking forward to the trend of negative population growth in the world,it is found that the accelerated aging of population age structure,the imbalance of regional and national population development,and the differentiated relationship between population and economic development are accompanied by negative population growth.Negative population growth is accompanied with the population aging by reducing labor resources,squeezing the space for technological progress,and increasing social security pressure.Negative population growth is also associated with the risk of low fertility traps in the post-demographic transition stage,interacted with resources and environment through the overall and individual perspectives.It is urgent to relieve the aging society problems,implement different family planning policies and promote sustainable development actively on the basis of adapting to the law of negative population growth.

COVID-19 epidemic has not only brought new challenges to elderly health services,but also promoted the development of elderly health services in China to some extent.During the epidemic period,especially in the early stage of it,the elderly are faced with difficulties in medical medicine,hindered development of care services,and single access to health information,social isolation and inadequate preparation of epidemic prevention materials.At the national level,a series of policies have been implemented to support the development of health services for the elderly.At the local level,measures have been taken to ensure the health needs of the elderly,such as the combination of online and offline medical treatment,mobilization of family doctor team to carry out services,and popularizing health and epidemic prevention knowledge.Based on the theory of network governance,the development of elderly health service should be diversified,grass-roots governance,informized and dynamic.Combined with the experience of epidemic prevention and control,the corresponding suggestions are put forward from the following aspects:service environment,capacity building of primary health service,health education service,mental health of the elderly,and resilience to public health emergencies.
