Abstract: The rapid advancement of aging population is an important demographic national condition of China in the 21st century.Dealing with the problem of aging population actively is a long-term strategic task and making steady progress in ensuring peoples access to elderly care is the most basic problem.Under the background of the increasing elderly burden,the elderly resources shortage and the seriously insufficient of elderly care capacity,based on the active aging theory and the hierarchy of needs theory,active efforts should be made to promote the wisdom pension model exploration and establishment,the healthy development of wisdom pension industry,the intelligence products development and promotion,the elderly-oriented and intelligent environment construction,the expansion and deepening of wisdom pension service,the strengthening and improvement of wisdom endowment team construction,the encouragement of extensive social participation and the bridging the “digital divide” of the elderly,which will become important ways to meet the diversified needs and promote active aging.
