Abstract: Around the major historical events and important national policy, the remonstrating articles of the early Tang Dynasty raised objections, admonished and even attacked the monarchs decision-making.The phenomenon that the minister did not obey the monarch was very prominent. The admonitors regard the Politlcal theory as the highest authority rather than the monarch, which reflects the spirit of advocating Taoism.Based on the Confucian thought of benevolent government and kingly way,the remonstrating text adheres to the Scriptures, widely quotes the words of the six classics and Confucius, takes the purport of the Scriptures as the argument, and takes it as the core theoretical pillar in the demonstration skills, especially the citation from the beginning to the end.Wei Zhengs theory of “good officials” explores the meaning of kings and officials, develops the traditional theory of “officials way” and interprets the deep connotation of the spirit of advocating Tao.

Key words: admonition in the early Tang Dynasty, the minister does not obey the king, Confucian Scriptures, on good officials
