The Influence of Team Opinion Atmosphere and Transformational Leadership on Psychological Empowerment of Engineering Project Team ——Qualitative Comparative Analysis Based on Fuzzy Sets

Abstract: Based on the theory of configuration perspective,this paper aims to reveal that the psychological empowerment of project team does not depend on the influence of a single factor,but on the combination of different influencing factors.Therefore,this paper takes 246 project team members as the research object,and uses qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the influence path of team opinion atmosphere and different factors of transformational leadership on team psychological empowerment from the perspective of configuration.The results show that four kinds of conditional factors are found to enhance the perception of team psychological empowerment.Among them,leadership charisma and team voice efficacy are the important factors to generate high level team psychological empowerment.In the VUCA era,the project-based organization rises rapidly,and the engineering project team is a typical representative of the project-based organization.Therefore,the research results are of great positive significance for the reform and construction of the organization in the VUCA era.
