Su Shi claimed to be “My experience and causes and consequences are roughly similar to Letian”.Sus admiration and imitation of Bai led to his concurrent claims,which can be called a cross generational dialogue between two great literati.So where did this tendency lay the foundation? The author believes that it was in Xuzhou period.This paper takes Xuzhou as the center to sort out and analyze Bai Juyi,a great poet in the eyes of Su Shi.The influence of Bai Juyis poetry on Su Shi,the governor of Xuzhou,can be seen from “I have no worries when I am happy with my life”.From “I was the governor of Zhuchen village”,it can be seen that Su Shi paid tribute to Bai Juyi in a different form.From “The swallow building is empty for three hundred autumns”,it can be seen that Su Shi has organically connected his understanding of the former sage Bai Juyi with himself,present and future.Therefore,Su Shi,who claimed to be “My experience and causes and consequences are roughly similar to Letian”,is worthy of being a very typical and excellent representative in the history of Bai Juyis acceptance.

Zhou Yi is a book about living philosophy.“The great virtue of heaven-earth is life”,and “life is the Yi”.“Fu(returning)is the sight in the mind of heaven and earth”,which is a sentence in Fugua Tuanci.The word “mind of heaven and earth” appears only once in Zhou Yi.Another word is “Ren”(benevolence),which also appeared in Fugua.“Ren” is the key conception of Confucianism.“Mind of heaven and earth” is “Ren”,and also “life”.In some ways,Confucianism is “benevolence ontology”.The expansion of the horizon of “life” problem,the “one Yin and one Yang is Tao” proposed in Zhou Yi,is the so-called “solitary Yang does not live,and only Yin does not grow”,which is the birthplace and secret of cosmogenesis.The whole universe is endless and has its own order,The life and growth in nature proves should follow the rule,“the way of neutralization”.The humanity existing in this universe and as one of the “ways of three talents”,should comply with the order,while be afraid that the order will be broken.The whole humanity should undertake the responsibility of always being with people regardless of good or bad luck,and it is the value and meaning of the existence of humanity.

Based on the strategic game between government and industrial structure adjustment under fiscal decentralization,this paper analyzes the non-cooperative game between government industry guidance and industry self-adjustment from the theoretical model,which results in the heterogeneity effect of industrial structure adjustment on green total factor productivity.Using the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2017,the dynamic panel threshold model is used to test the results.The results show that:when the pollution level is low,the implementation of fiscal decentralization will help the industrial restructuring to promote green total factor productivity;when the pollution level is high,the implementation of fiscal decentralization will not be conducive to promoting industrial restructuring and promoting green total factor productivity;fiscal decentralization affects the promotion of industrial green total factor productivity mainly through tax competition and fiscal and environmental subsidies and expenditures.Therefore,this paper provides some suggestions on the dynamic adjustment of regional financial system and the green development transformation of industry under the background of regional fiscal decentralization.

Unpaid labor refers to the labor without monetary remuneration provided by residents for the final consumption of themselves and other family members.It has strong positive externalities and spillover effects,but it will lead to gender discrimination in labor and widening income gap.The government needs to guarantee the rights and interests of the main bearers of unpaid labor(women)and promote gender income equality through social security.The European Union leads the world in social security for unpaid workers and has rich experience worth learning from.On the basis of combing relevant literature,this paper analyzis the mechanism of social security for unpaid workers in the European Union on income equality,studies the operating mechanism of social security for unpaid workers in the European Union,and summarizes the experience of its implementation.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on welfare policy reform,such as strengthening community nursing support,increasing child-care allowance and day-care services,improving the system of paternity leave and child-care leave,which broadens the dimension of Chinas social security reform and is conducive to promoting income equality between different genders.

Based on the theory of configuration perspective,this paper aims to reveal that the psychological empowerment of project team does not depend on the influence of a single factor,but on the combination of different influencing factors.Therefore,this paper takes 246 project team members as the research object,and uses qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the influence path of team opinion atmosphere and different factors of transformational leadership on team psychological empowerment from the perspective of configuration.The results show that four kinds of conditional factors are found to enhance the perception of team psychological empowerment.Among them,leadership charisma and team voice efficacy are the important factors to generate high level team psychological empowerment.In the VUCA era,the project-based organization rises rapidly,and the engineering project team is a typical representative of the project-based organization.Therefore,the research results are of great positive significance for the reform and construction of the organization in the VUCA era.

In recent years,the proportion of returnee teachers in universities has been expanding continuously.Returnee teachers in universities are playing an increasingly important role in the development of higher education in China.An in-depth understanding of the job satisfaction of returnee teachers and possible policy recommendations to improve their job satisfaction are of great significance.Based on the data of the “The Third Global Survey of Academic Profession Development”,this research conducted an empirical analysis on the job satisfaction of returnee teachers in universities in China.The study found that the level of satisfaction of the returnee teachers on the employment status,working environment,income status and the overall professional environment is quite different.Based on this,the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of the returnee teachers in universities are also put forward.
