Abstract: Deepening the integration of industry and education is the core initiative for vocational education to realize high-quality development.Since the reform and opening up,under the interaction of police guidence and practical interpretation,the integration of industry and education in vocational education in China has shown the evolution from loose to close,and from shallow to deep levels.However,for a long time,the reality of the dilemma of “integration but not fit”and “cross but not real”of industry and education has always been the problem,which is difficult to break.Along with the emergence and deve lopment of the municipal new cross-boundary organizations of industry and education,such as industry-education consortium,and the community of industry-education integration in industry sector,and taking the system breakthrough as the basic premise,promoting the entity-based operation of cross-boundary organizations has become the key to deepening the integration of industry and education.To achieve this,it needs to have a practical organizational structure,effective leading power,a strong division of responsibilities,a stable benefit-sharing mechanism,effective incentives and safeguard policies,as well as effective joint construction and governance by multiple subjects.
