Abstract: The Rural Revitalization Promotion Law is an action norm for comprehensively promoting and implementing rural revitalization,and achieving the goal of common prosperity for all people.The essential feature of common prosperity is that all people share a better life.Chinese path to modernization is the goal guide for achieving common prosperity,the construction of a powerful agricultural country is the solid foundation for achieving common prosperity,and promoting common prosperity has become the best annotation to explain the struggle of the ruling party in governance.Creating happiness through labor is the endogenous driving force for achieving common prosperity,green living is the development model for achieving common prosperity,the combination of medical care and elderly care is the guarantee of peoples livelihood for achieving common prosperity,and promoting all-round human development in common prosperity is the best expression of human rights.Improving the level of public safety governance is an important guideline for achieving the goal of common prosperity,expanding the scope of public participation is the basic path to achieving the goal of common prosperity,and improving government performance evaluation methods is an effective supervision for achieving the goal of common prosperity.
