Abstract: Haihe culture originated from water and is a historical and cultural product created by Haihe people.It has the characteristics of the Great River culture and unique spiritual connotations.The historical evolution of Haihe culture has gone through three stages of development,including a profound historical and cultural tradition,difficult transmutation,and innovative changes in the new era.Haihe culture represents the grandeur and richness of northern culture,with its spiritual core and unique temperament including the patriotism of chivalry and righteousness,the inclusive spirit of harmony,and the innovative and pragmatic struggle and responsibility.
