Theoretical Construction and Training Path of Compound Technical and Skilled Talents under the Paradigm of Technology Studies

Abstract: As a daily concept,“compound technical and skilled talents” still face many confusions and dilemmas in practical use,which urgently need further clarification at the theoretical level.From the perspective of productive forces and production relations,the demand for compound technical and skilled talents stems from the incompatibility between the old division of labor and the new technical content,forms,and status.The content transition from machine technology to intelligent technology,the form transition from brain body separation to brain body fusion,and the status transition from technology dependence to technology independence,all interact to promote the formation of a new form of cross-border,flexible,and flat industrial division of labor,and constitute the demand for three types of compound technical and skilled talents:horizontal compound talents,vertical compound talents,and radial compound talents.Vocational colleges should determine school-enterprise cooperation models based on the characteristics of different types of compound talents,reconstruct the structure of professional courses and the paradigm of curriculum content development with compound positions,and promote the design and implementation of internship and practical training content in a classified manner.
