Abstract: With the fast changes of information and technology, mobile phones, as an indispensable tool in life, have a profound influence on peoples way of thinking and behavior and put forward new requirements on party construction in colleges and universities. First of all, through the analysis of the characteristics of the college students behavior of using mobile phones, and by using the SWOT analysis, this paper thoroughly analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the college party construction work may face; tries to explore a mobile education model as the future of the university party construction work; by using the media propagating rule builds mobile phone media education platform; finally, put forward the new ways of working of "Internet + Party" mobile education.
