One new festival emerged out of the Eastern Capital, now known as Kaifeng City (also known as Bianjing City) during the North Song Dynasty: Little New Year, which is a festival on the December 24th of the lunar month. Little New Year is the prelude of Chinese New Year, where there are four brief customs including Kitchen God worshiping, chanting, driving out evil spirits, and house cleaning. After the Northern Song Dynasty, this festival had spread towards the Hangzhou area, having other names such as Little New Year Eve or Minor New Year passed on from generation to generation up until now. Although the customs had already been popular in the Tang Dynasty during New Year Eve as a festival, people still trace the origin of Little New Year back to Kaifeng City during the Song Dynasty due to the festival’s large scale effect on Kaifeng City and because of a famous book called The Eastern Capital: A Dream of Splendor, bringing popularity and reputation to the festival. The Little New Year Festival is a product of the Bianjing City civilization, enriching traditional festival culture and improving peoples spiritual life, strengthening the concept of environmental sanitation, and adding new elements to Chinese civilization.

Ouyang Xiu (1007-1072), a famous writer historian, statesman and one of Eight Celebrities of “Tang and Song” in the Northern Song Dynasty, throughout his life not only achieved remarkable achievements in literature and history, but also in the politics. Xiu patrolled Hedong for only six months from April to October in the Qingli Fourth year, but he lived up to the mission: not only determined to retain Lin state institution, but also tried to reduce redundant soldiers and costs. To reduce the burden on the people, he recommended elites, rectified control of officers, strengthened arms, and made great contributions to easing the social conflicts and consolidating the border.

Wei Zhuang is one of the most important writers in the literature history of the late Tang and Five Dynasties. Because of his poor family, his father and grandfather are not written in history. According to the relevant literature, tabooed names of ancestors and Wei Zhuang’s poems, the paper considers Wei Zhuang belongs to Xiaoyao House, and is Wei Yingwu’s fourth offspring, not the offspring of Wei Jiansu. By researching the epitaphs of Wei Yingwu couple and Wei Qingfu couple, Wei family tradition and other historical materials, the paper questions Wei Houfu, recorded in “New Book of Tang，Prime Minister Genealogical Table” Wei Qingfu are the same person.

Word functional meaning refers to new meanings resulted in the change of word category or grammatical function. From the synchronic perspective, word functional meaning is a lexico-pragmatic phenomenon caused by grammatical environment, featuring temporality, flexibility and uncertainty at the very beginning which; from the diachronic perspective, necessarily brings about multi-category words after experiencing the phases of “temporary meaning”, “ordinary meaning” and “fixed meaning”. Enlightened by adaptation theory, this paper argues that word functional meaning typically demonstrates language’s variability, negotiability and adaptability both at the level of synchronic contextual pragmatics and the level of diachronic word-category-function development.

Initially, vocational education is not of the modern significance, and it experienced the implementation process of the transformation and expansion from a name to the significance. And there emerged the wave of learning the "western art", which promoted industrial education thoughts through early bourgeois reformists, the reformers of the reform movement, and the evolution and development of new education movement in the "New Deal" period to the climax; directly promoted the establishment of the industrial education practice and industrial education system in the corresponding historical stage of the late Qing Dynasty.

With the fast changes of information and technology, mobile phones, as an indispensable tool in life, have a profound influence on peoples way of thinking and behavior and put forward new requirements on party construction in colleges and universities. First of all, through the analysis of the characteristics of the college students behavior of using mobile phones, and by using the SWOT analysis, this paper thoroughly analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the college party construction work may face; tries to explore a mobile education model as the future of the university party construction work; by using the media propagating rule builds mobile phone media education platform; finally, put forward the new ways of working of "Internet + Party" mobile education.

According to the Five Development Concepts as innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, there is an index system being established: development index, collaborative index, ecological civilization index, population development index and enterprises development index. Based on this index system to measure and analyze the situation of collaborative development in Beijing Tianjin Hebei, we have drawn some basic judgments. According to the development index, Beijing holds a stable position in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas, the gap between three provinces has shrunk, and the old and new driving force of these three areas is in the “shift period”. According to the collaborative index, the spillover effect of Beijing is remarkable; the mutual investment in Beijing Tianjin Hebei is active and gathers to industrial axis development zone; the pace of collaborative development and transfer updating speeds fast.

Equipment manufacturing industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei need to achieve industrial transformation and upgrading as the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, and “Manufacturing Industry 2025” has risen to the national strategy. Under the perspective of factor endowment, this paper builds a Heckscher Ohlin Model of three product and two stage; according to the relationship between factor endowment and industry output, divides sub industries into two parts; further divides industries into labor intensive industry, transitional industry and capital intensive industry. By using unrelated regression model, the empirical analysis of the eight sub industries of equipment manufacturing industry is carried out in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas. The results suggest that 3 sub industries are transitional industry, 5 sub industries are capital intensive industry but there is no labor intensive industry. Finally, we put forward the strategies of industrial upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry from perfecting the structure of factor endowment, realizing the fusion of “Three Chains”, and promoting the fusion of equipment manufacturing industry and productive service industry.

The collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas is a major national policy, and industrial transfer among the regions becomes so frequent, because this is a significant way to realize joint development. At the same time, more and more problems have arisen during the process. This paper takes the shift of Dahongmen clothing city from Beijing to Baigou as an entry point, and takes many means to know the current situation of industrial transfer in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas. And the research shows that although the total state of industrial transfer does not match the expectations, we still get lots of useful information. So this paper will give suggestions aiming at the shortage of industrial transfer in Beijing Tianjin Hebei areas and summarize the useful experience.

Supply side structural reform is the only way to adapt to and lead the new normality of economic development. From the international financial crisis in 2008, China’s factor supply conditions of economic growth change fundamentally gradually, the capital output ratio, population and total factor productivity decrease, which constantly weaken the basis of long term economic sustainable development, and push reforms to restructure economic momentum. On dealing with the relationship between government and market, perfecting the market system, improving resource distribution efficiency, the supply side structural reform should include key areas such as finance, taxation, price, state owned enterprises, land, social security, science and education, and investment. On the basis of distinguishing the reform’s macro economic impact, structural reforms which are conducive to the steady growth should be launched preferentially, followed by those reforms which have short term tightening effects but long term expansion effects, finally promote the complicated and sensitive reforms，in order to fully liberate and develop productive forces, and promote economic growth in medium and high speed.

The unfair distribution of wealth has become a worldwide problem, and the inheritance tax, as a policy tool to regulate wealth equity, has been widely cited in the world. The analysis on OECD countries of inheritance tax policy and practice found that: firstly, the inheritance tax is more of the promotion of a wealth fair policy symbol and not the main tool of fiscal financing; secondly, inheritance tax can be a useful complement to a personal income tax and property tax to promote equitable distribution; thirdly, the levy of inheritance tax requires a certain social and cultural foundation and perfect property registration and evaluation system; finally, in the face of increasingly widening income gap between rich and poor, China can consider, after completing the change from business tax to value added tax successfully and a new round of personal income tax and real estate tax reform, levying the inheritance tax during the "14th Five Year" period.

The rural economy and social investigation in Pingxiang county hosted by Buck is an essential part of Chinese rural investigation. It is completed during the year of 1923-1924 in three villages of Pingxiang county and Xingtai county by Huo Lianzhen, who is a graduate of University of Nanking majoring in agriculture and forestry. This investigation truly reflects the major characteristics of higher population dense, lower living standard, crop planting and agricultural environment. Pingxiang investigation has a higher historical reference value by using Yanshan investigation as a reference.

So using these materials involving key issues is very significant, such as the starting time of the war, failure reasons of the Wang Mangs army, the composition of the coalition forces and the reasons why this event was not recorded in Huns Biography.

A firm behavioral perspective is chosen to analyze the internal cause for the scarcity of technological innovation investment in renewable energy industry. A conceptual model of firm performance comparison of renewable energy industry and dual innovation is established and tested with panel data, which suggests that when current performance is higher than the historical performance or higher than the contemporaneous average performance, the exploration innovation input in the late stage of enterprises and the development innovation input will be subject to various degrees of inhibition. The behavioral theory of the firm can give explanation to the insufficient technological innovation input in renewable energy industry, which may enrich the current theoretical research and guide the practice.

Along with the social impact and consequences of gender imbalance appearing gradually, elder unmarried male youths are faced with the marriage dilemma in poor rural areas, and it seems to have become an unavoidable reality problem. This study selected S country of Henan province as the research area, conducted field interviews for more than twenty elder unmarried male youths who are in this village, and it was found that: in this country, the phenomenon that elder unmarried male youth get together is obvious, facing serious mate scramble; marriage comparisons are very popular, and high marriage payment is more common; many youths suffer the repeated failure of blind date, and bear the greater stress of spirit; the long term elder unmarried greatly reduces the criterion of mate selection. The causes that many elder unmarried male youths appear in this village mainly focus on the geographical environment, family economic conditions, their cultural level and the traditional concept of rural areas etc. Therefore, we need to start from several aspects such as speeding up the construction of rural economy, developing traffic industry, improving the comprehensive skills of youth, balancing the proportion of men and women, and strengthening psychological counseling of youth, in order to alleviate the mate choice problem of elder unmarried male youth in rural areas.

The research on social integration of floating population has become the focus of academic and social concern. Improving the social integration of floating population is not only the requirements of the new urbanization development, but also the needs of social management. Although research on the social integration of floating population has made considerable achievements, throughout the domestic research situation, there are no many researches on the floating populations social integration measurement index system, and existing researches still need to further supplement and improve. Therefore, this paper is based on many research results, according to the actual situation of our country, from social security comprehensive index, economic integration index, community integration index, psychological integration index of the four dimensions to perfect the social integration measurement index system of floating population.

As the third party, social organizations are indispensable and are playing an important role to the solution of group events. It has such functions of early warning information, negotiation dialogue, government service and repair, etc. But in practice, social organizations are also facing many problems, such as confined space, lack of participation willingness, low participation level and the dilemma of credibility, which have hindered the social organization to participate in the mass event management function. Therefore, we must take actions to optimize social organizations to participate in governance path of mass events, and ensure the effective management of social organization on mass events, from policy adjustments like perfecting legislation, expanding the space of system, establishing the evaluation and incentive mechanism, improving the professional level and strengthening self discipline of social organization.

In the current legal system of our country the effect of the anti competitive behavior has not been considered as the connecting factor for the case of foreign related monopoly tortious, though it is the fundamental criterion to determine whether or not the Anti Monopoly Law can apply extraterritorially. It evokes the question such as the separation of application of Anti Monopoly Law itself from the application of law to the relating remedy in civil law, even in contradiction etc. Therefore the realization of legislative goals of Anti Monopoly Law and its effective enforcement would be prejudiced in our cuntry. In the paper the anti monopoly litigation between Huawei and IDC has been introduced as the background and the author further tries to demonstrate that the effect doctrine shall be accepted as the conflicts rule on foreign related monopoly tortious liability, through the illustration of EU competition law and the EU Regulation on the law application to non contractual obligations in comparison.

The microscopic reason for judicial corruption lies in the legal staff pursuing the maximum individual benefits, and as the basic assumption of individual rationality, game theory is a subject that studies the decision making and the equilibrium problem of the behavior when people interact with each other. This paper constructs generalized judicial corruption game model based on risk to analyze the phenomenon of judicial corruption and from the point of view of game equilibrium, reveals the law of human strategy choice in the judicial corruption, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to construct the mechanism of judicial corruption prevention and control system from the perspective of increasing the risk of corruption.
