Abstract: Under the influence of Internet thinking, the hierarchical organizational structure and functional management mode based on the principle of division of labor are facing great challenges.Business process re engineering driven by the Internet promotes the organizational structure transformation.In that case a networking and intelligent organization which is more in line with the needs of the times will be produced.It is called platform organization.Platform organization has an open organizational structure without boundaries, through the deep combination with values to aggregate individual decentralizedgoals, the organizational actors can restraint and control themselves.Platform organization will not only help to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and organization efficiency in the Internet age, but also helps to activate the individual vitality depressed by traditional hierarchical organizations, and expands the free space and entrepreneurial spirit of employees in the organization.
