Abstract: The Taihang mountain region is China's key cluster of poverty stricken areas that connect with each other geographically, with laggard economy and severe poverty situation in the region. To carry out poverty relief smoothly in the region, it's needed to introduce the financial industry into the relief efforts, so as to take advantage of the financial industry and promote targeted accurate poverty relief efforts. The article explores a range of problems and predicaments the Taihang mountain region is facing in the process of implementing accurate financial poverty relief, and puts forward solutions, in an attempt to accelerate improvement of the poverty situation in the region.
