Abstract: The integration and development of the rural 123 industry(hereinafter referred to as: the three industry)is an important measure to implement the strategy of rural revitalization, promote the agricultural supply side reform, expand the agricultural function, improve the agricultural supply and widen the farmers’ income increasing channels. The nineteen report put forward “promoting the integration and development of the 123 industries in rural areas”, and pointed out the direction for the development strategy of agriculture and rural economy. This paper expounds that the development of the three industrial integration in rural areas is the logical relationship between the important content, the path and the means of the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy, analyses the current situation and the main problems encountered in promoting the development of the three industrial integration in the countryside, and puts forward some pertinent proposals to provide valuable reference for the promotion of the new path of the three industrial integration and development in the countryside.
