The Influence of Trust Violation on Corporate Labor Conflicts: The Role of Regulation Based on Trust Repair Strategy

Abstract: Based on attribution theory and perceived risk theory, the scenario simulation experiment is used to verify the impact of trust violation on labor conflicts. At the same time, the role of different types of trust repair strategies in this process is discussed. The research results show that: trust violation is an important trigger for labor conflicts; compared with capacity-based trust violations, the impact of integrity trust violations on corporate labor conflicts is more significant. The trust repair strategy can effectively alleviate or resolve the impact of trust violation on labor conflict: under the type of trust violation, the display repair strategy has better repair effect; and under the integrity trust violation, the constrained repair strategy is more effective.
