Characteristic Elements and Promotion Path of Big Data Industrys Development Capability —— tsQCA Analysis Based on Chinas Provincial Data

Abstract

Abstract: The development of big data industry is an important strategic to enhance the comprehensive national strength. We select 31 provinces and autonomous regions in mainland China as case samples. Based on the framework theory and matching logic, using the time-series Qualitative Comparative Analysis(tsQCA)to study the factor changes on industrial foundation, information resources development and utilization, technological innovation ability and its interaction mechanism on big data development capability, this paper and then summarizes core elements and paths to promote development capability of big data industry.
